Order info

How do I order? To order: e-mail Andi and Marty. Or call -- 740-797-3153. We're in Ohio, that's Eastern time (same as NYC), leave a message if you get the machine.

How do I pay? We use PayPal or Prepaid orders are fine, too. Please give us a full work day to get you a total including shipping.

How much is shipping? Most orders are under 2 pounds. So we use Priority mail with Delivery confirmation for shipments within the US, so most orders run in the $5.00 range. On orders over 5 pounds or needing tracking/insurance we check out UPS (Hence the day to get you shipping costs).

What about Canada or overseas? Global priority or small packet is fast and inexpensive to most countries and there's no brokerage fees. Taxes/fees your country charges on delivery are unavoidable.

What about returns? We do everything possible to make sure what you order is what you get, so we rarely get a return. However if you must, within 14 days of sale, let us know it's on the way. Postage non-refundable, items must be in original condition. Send returns back to (USPS):
